POLICY OF CANCELLATION
Only if your order has not yet been dispatched can you cancel it.
Please contact our customer service staff at myfitmeals20@gmail.com to discontinue your subscription.
In such situations, the order will be cancelled, and we will process the refund within 1 business days after receiving the cancellation request.
Orders that have already been sent cannot be cancelled.
POLICY OF REFUND
The Company will not accept returns or start refunds on product purchases unless: Returns will only be allowed for products that have been damaged in transit, products that have physical faults, or products that have been supplied incorrectly.
In order for us to accept the request, an email with images of the damaged/incorrect product must be received within the specified time frame.
If you wish to return all or part of your order, please contact us through email at myfitmeals20@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the products.
If the product has been used, the seal has been broken, and/or the serial number has been tampered with, returns will not be accepted.
Myfitmealsindia will evaluate the returned product and verify the claim once it has been received.
A refund or replacement will be issued once the return has been approved as eligible.
If the goods is determined to be ineligible for return, it will be returned to you via courier.
If you made an online payment, we will reimburse the money to you in the original form of payment (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 1 days of receiving your request.
We will reimburse the payment to your bank account for COD orders within 7 working days of receiving your request.
INSURANCE
The Company will only provide transit insurance, which will be valid until the products are accepted for delivery.
RETURNS, DELIVERY, AND SHIPPING
Myfitmealsindia is collaborating with high-speed logistics to ensure the best possible service.
There may be complications that cause the shipment procedure to be delayed indefinitely due to unforeseen circumstances.
On this basis, a member of our customer service team will contact you to provide updates.
Except in circumstances where shipments are to be made to remote areas/not mentioned on the Website, the Company will give free delivery/shipping on all products.
